In accordance with the Civil Liability Act 2002 (NSW), any participation in the event is at your own risk and MS Plus is excluded from any liability that may result from breach of an express or implied warranty that the services will be rendered with reasonable care and skill as would otherwise be required by written law in New South Wales. By accepting this waiver, you expressly agree that your participation in the event carries certain obvious and inherent risks of physical injury or death and you voluntarily assume all responsibility for all known and unknown risks associated with your participation in the event.
